Following the presentation a light lunch will be served before we commence a feedback session.

Directions: Elvaston Village Hall is situated off Main Road which is the only road through the village of Elvaston. Follow signs to Elvaston parish church & Elvaston cricket club.
From A6: Take the turning for Elvaston Castle (follow brown signs) you will drive through the village of Thulston past the Harrington Arms pub. As you enter Elvaston Village drive past the war memorial on the corner of silver lane, drive slowly as the left hand turn is concealed, it’s next to the Clock House and a venue sign will be opposite. Turn up the lane (watch the speed humps) the hall is on your right.
From A52 Borrow ash: Follow signs to Elvaston Castle, in the centre of Borrowash village follow brown signs to Elvaston Castle. Over bridges, past Elvaston Car Park. On the left you will see Beechwood Caravan Park, as you drive around the “S” bends slow down as the turning will be on your right with a venue sign on the left. Watch out for speed bumps and hall is on your right about 100 yards.
Last year we tried something different – once the formal proceedings and presentation were over we served a light buffet lunch which gave members the opportunity to meet informally and discuss with committee members how the organisation should be taken forward. This worked exceptionally well and developed in to a feedback session with lots of exciting ideas, many of which reshape our organisation today. We would like to do the same this year, so once again we will provide a light buffet lunch continued by a relaxed open feedback session.
The event is free of charge but to ensure we can cater for all those that want to attend it is imperative that you book on-line in the normal way. There will be no charge for your booking, but please do remember to cancel if your arrangements change.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (strictly members only).
