LOCATION:  Latham Hall Farm, Green Lane, off Calton Moor, near Swinscoe DE6 2BU (just yards off the main A523 Ashbourne to Leek road)

CLASSES:  Pleasure Ride (PR) – Approx 6 & 10 miles that can be ridden twice to provide 16 or 20 miles.

                Not suitable for Lead Rein

ENTRY FEES:   Pleasure Ride – Sport Endurance member £20, non-member £25
                      ***£3 discount only if book on-line by published date***
 

           Juniors (12 and under as at end December 2018) £10     

START TIMES:  From 9.30 am. All riders must start by 10.30.  If you are doing 16 or 20 miles please start by 10.00 am

ENTRIES:  No postal entries. Please book on line. For web help please phone 01283 810011. Pleasure ride entries on the day may be available if ride not full (CASH correct money only £20 member, £25 non-member, £10 junior) - please contact the ride organiser.

VENUE TYPE: Field parking with no hardstanding.

FACILITIES: No water.  Toilets.  Catering – A BBQ will be provided by Ilam School to help raise funds for Ilam School Charity. There will also be home made cakes, snacks and a raffle.

CAMPING & CORRALLING: Camping & Corralling - £5 per horse, £5 per person, at venue Saturday evening. Please book on camping listing.

RIDE DETAILS: A wonderful scenic hilly ride in the southern Peak District across private land not normally accessible to riders.  This ride was first held in 2015 and won Ride of the Year in 2015 and 2016.This is a hilly ride so horses will need to be reasonably fit.  Predominantly off-road.  Mainly grassland with some stony tracks and quiet lanes.  There will be cattle and sheep on the route.  Not suitable for lead rein.
