Sport Endurance AGM

The AGM is for members only.
Once the formal proceedings are over there will be a simple buffet lunch provided and time for members to give the committee their ideas and feedback for the coming season.
The event is free of charge but to ensure we can cater for all those that want to attend it is imperative that you book on-line in the normal way. There will be no charge for your booking, but please do remember to cancel if your arrangements change. Please also let us know if you do not require lunch, which will be a hot and cold buffet.

- Approval of last year’s minutes.
- To receive and, if approved, adopt the restructure of the committee.
- To receive , if approved, adopt the Societies accounts for 2017.(Available on the website and at the meeting)
- To receive the Chairman’s report .
- Results of the ballot to ratify rule and procedural changes.
- Answers to written Questions from members ( notified to the Office by 10th February 2018)
- To transact any other business as may be required
