Notice of Annual General Meeting

You are formally invited to attend the Sport Endurance AGM. The AGM is for members only.
Once the formal proceedings are over there will be a simple buffet lunch provided and time for members to give the committee their ideas and feedback for the coming season.
The event is free of charge but to ensure we can cater for all those that want to attend it is imperative that you book on-line in the normal way. There will be no charge for your booking, but please do remember to cancel if your arrangements change. Please also let us know if you do not require lunch, which will be a hot and cold buffet.

- Overview of the accounts which will be made available to all members attending (copies will be made available for members who do not attend on request). If possible the accounts will also be posted in the member’s area of the website before the meeting.
- Approval of last year’s minutes.
- Approval of the accounts.
- A review of the last year.
- Plan for the next year and our direction for the new season.
- Results of the ballot to ratify rule changes (Standing Adgenda Item, no rule changes this year)
- New committee members
- Answers to Questions from Members (Questions must be notified in writing to the Office by 8 February 2019)
